    - Generating enough high-quality leads for sales.

    * What do others think your most important marketing responsibilities are?
    - Creating collateral material

    * What challenges do you face in addressing these expectations?
    - Doing testing to see what really works.

    * Which marketing responsibilities can/should be outsourced?
    - Design of collateral materials
    - Copywriting
    - Systems/Software

    * Which marketing responsibilities cannot/should not be outsourced?
    - Crafting of message direction, i.e. which benefits to focus on
    - Marketing Strategy
