EMAIL TEMPLATES
When you start creating a new email, you have the option of using one of our fine email templates
or using your own code. We've got email templates for various kinds of emails including promotions,
newsletters, seasonal themes, event invitations as well as templates specific to real estate,
retailers, schools, travel & tourism and resturant companies.
LAYOUT EDITOR
All email templates are composed of blocks,
inside which
you'll enter your content.
You
can
delete blocks or add
preformatted blocks
such as Coupon.
You
may
also
rearrange
the blocks by
clicking & dragging the dotted areas above each block.
CONTENT EDITOR
When you click 'Edit' at the top of any block, you enter the Content Editor mode for that block.
Here you can edit the text, add links to websites, insert images,
create bulletpoints & spell-check.
You can also
edit formatting
such as font, size, background color, alignment and indent text.

A useful of Constant Contact is the ability to schedule emails for a
future delivery.
You just specify the day & time and forget about it.
REPORTS & TRACKING
Reports and tracking helps you understand what works and what doesn't work. You'll know how many people
reported you as spam, how many opened your email, how many clicked on a link and you'll also be able to
tell WHO opened your email. This is great for following up with prospects and ranking them based on interest.
